I’m walking 60 miles in September to raise money for Refuge. I hope to walk further than that, but the thought of walking in someone else’s shoes for even that time is completely humbling.

Domestic violence, and the threat of it, is devastating and not only affects the woman, but her children and, ultimately, the extended family and friendships. We all need a safe haven…for some it is REFUGE

I am participating in the 'Walk 60 Miles in September 2024 for Refuge. Refuge is a vital organization that supports thousands of women and their children every day. With just £15, they can provide essentials for a woman arriving at a refuge, offering comfort during a difficult time.

Many arrive with little more than the clothes they are wearing and your donation could make a significant impact by providing toiletries and food to help them through their first night. Every £1 truly makes a difference, and I am incredibly grateful for your support!
