Carmela takes part in this awesome inclusive disability triathlon event every year, but this year will be a little different for her, as it will be only one week after her heart surgery.

Carmela will not be allowed to do any physical stuff but to allow her to take part as she didn't want to miss out on her place with celebrity Paralympian swimmer Liz Johnson's team, Carmela is taking on the last 1km using her powerchair, bringing the team over the finish line, fundraising for her therapy fund.

Just4Children are raising money to help support Carmela physically and mentally through weekly physio, therapy breaks and equipment all not available on the NHS, to give her the best quality of life.
