In October 2022 my dad was diagnosed with early stages of Alzheimer's and vascular dementia.

Our family have been big fans of Our Dementia choir following them on social media, watching them on television and will be attending their summer concert in June.

During the month of May I am going to walk a mile a day with all proceeds going to this local charity.
