Story
Come and join my Coffee Morning in aid of World Osteoporosis Day for the Royal Osteoporosis Society on Saturday 19th October.
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis three years ago having broken three bones in four years. My lovely Mum had it too. She broke several ribs when my Dad gave her a hug one day!
The Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS) have been a life-line for information on the condition. They provide information on diet and exercise to keep bones healthy, and support and networking for those with the condition, their carers, and healthcare professionals. Like all charities, funding comes from donations.
I am holding my coffee morning to support the work of the ROS.
You can leave a donation for your coffee/tea and cake on the day, or leave a donation via this Just Giving site.
