Juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) is a debilitating condition that affects the joints and organs of young individuals, often severely limiting their mobility and independence. This heartbreaking reality can leave many children reliant on wheelchairs, facing daily challenges that most of us cannot imagine.

While there is currently no cure for JIA, we have the power to make a difference! In an exciting initiative, our Senior Management Team has agreed to participate in the Purple Gunge Challenge on 31st March 2025, coinciding with my birthday celebration. This event presents a unique opportunity for you to influence who will be GUNGED!

Your donations will not only bring joy and laughter to this challenge but also provide essential support for children battling JIA. For every £5 you contribute, we can distribute three informative booklets that educate children about their condition and offer practical advice. A donation of £10 will fund a crucial 30-minute helpline call, providing support during times of crisis. Furthermore, your generous contribution of £30 will enable a one-hour facilitated meeting for families grappling with a recent diagnosis.
