I'm taking part in the 2024 TCS London Marathon for Cure Parkinson's.

This cause is very close to my heart after my shock diagnosis last year.

The care I’m getting on the NHS means that I’m well, and the meds I’m on mean I’m able to do what I love best - run! I started right back at the beginning in May with a couch to 5k programme and I managed to get up to 11 miles in December but training hasn’t gone well since due to injury.

It’s going to be tough but I’m determined to complete the London Marathon - my 7th time - and raise lots of money for Cure Parkinson’s.
