26.2 miles on what will be my 46-year old legs!

I never thought I’d want to run a marathon but spent the last few years thinking “what if…”.

This is a mammoth personal battle, and the chance to raise funds for the fantastic cancer charity, the Christie, makes it all the more worthwhile.

This is a real special charity, so if you can spare a quid that would be amazing. If that doesn’t sway you, the fact I will be putting myself through 16 weeks of gruelling training before the actual event may hopefully convince you (see gallery).
