I am embarking on a solo ride to visit every active ambulance station in Norfolk within a single day, starting and finishing at King’s Lynn. This challenge is not just a test of my physical endurance but also a demonstration of mental strength and resilience—values that align closely with the dedication and perseverance required by our frontline profession and the support network around them, of which I am proud to be a part. The date will likely be in June.

I believe this challenge will positively promote our trust while raising funds for the East of England Ambulance Service Charity .

Hopefully no blood , most definitely sweat and possibly a few tears.

Not forgetting the great view of our County of Norfolk along the way. 17 ambulance stations , 255 miles !

Your support and encouragement would mean a lot to me as I prepare for this endeavour. Together, we can make a difference and highlight the incredible work done by our team and the broader community.
