We believe every blind veteran should be able to lead the life they choose. At Blind Veterans UK we’re one, transformational team. We provide rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support. Together we can help rebuild lives.

Story

Simon was a warrior not a worrier! He was a kind gentle man whoes strength was not only physical but also had strength of character and heart!

SImon was an accomplished sportsman and it was tragically doing what he loved, playing rugby for the army that he had his accident.

The accident left fighting for life and with serious life changing injuries. However Simon fought and did not give up.

Simon was an inspiration and never let the course of life stop him from being a kind and considerate son, brother and amazing friend.

SImons journey was cut short but his memory lives on! After speaking with his Mum, (my "Auntie Penny" ) the charity that provided the most support to Simon when he needed it was Blind Veterans Uk (formerly St Dunstans).

I'm running the Brighton Marathon in Simons Memory to raise as much money as possible.

Ive covered the race fee and all admin costs, so 100% of donations go to charity.

Blind veterans uk went above and beyond to help improve Simons life with your sponsorship they can transform many more lives!
