DDay 80 Mile Challenge

Since 1885, thanks to the public's support, we continue to provide welfare and wellbeing assistance tailored to our Armed Forces community. We know and understand the unique demands of service life, whether in the UK or overseas, and in times of need, we help to enable the Forces family to thrive.

Story

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.

Over the month of May I will be running 80 miles in honour and remembrance of the brave men and women who served, showed courage and ultimate sacrifice during WW2 to fight for the freedoms we have today. This year is the 80th Anniversary of DDay on 6th June, the Allied invasion of Europe. I will be visiting Normandy between 29th-31st May where I plan to complete the 80 mile run, running along the beaches where so many gave their lives.

Please join me in raising vital funds to support serving men and women, veterans and families who will call on SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity for help in time of need.
