I’m 'thrilled' to announce that I will be participating in a sponsored charity bike ride to support the Alzheimer's Society!
In celebration of the Olympic spirit, I’ve set an ambitious goal: to cycle the distance between London and Paris, totaling 168 miles (obviously the shortest route) However, here’s the twist— The plan is to tackle this challenge over the course of a week while cycling between home and work every day!
My Route: - Cycling the 168 miles in total means I will need to complete around 34 miles each day without any training. My daily rides between Bridgwater and Glastonbury will not only help with my fitness but also showcase my commitment to the challenge.
Join Me on This Journey:- I will be sharing updates, and the progress of my rides throughout the week.
**How You Can Help:** I kindly ask for your support! Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in the lives of those living with dementia. Together, we can help fund vital research and services that provide care, support, and hope.
Thanks for reading and hopefully your support.
