Story

Strongdor partnered with St John's Hospice this year for the 50-50-500 challenge.

St John's Hospice provides palliative care for the community of North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire.

St John's Hospice provide services including an inpatient ward for end-of-life care as well as pain and symptom management, a Hospice at Home service for people who choose to spend their last time at home and need our support, Clinical Nurse Specialists who support people with planning and pain & Symptom management, and a Respite Service for carers of loved ones who need respite time during the day or night. St John's also offers pre and post bereavement support plus other services you may not associate with a Hospice such as Social Workers and Therapists.

This year, Strongdor will be partaking in various fundraising activities to help raise money in the 50-50-500 challenge. For those who would like to donate directly, please follow the link below. About the charity

St John's Hospice provides care to patients with life limiting conditions throughout North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire. We have an in-patient ward, a hospice at home service, Clinical Nurse Specialists, bereavement support and a number of other vital services.
