Many families every day are affected by the loss of a loved one. Going through those final few weeks, months or days can be difficult for everyone involved.

Luckily, the help received from the dedicated team at St John’s Hospice can keep families going during those dark days. From supporting the patients, to being a crutch for their loved ones, St John’s Hospice is there every day of the year.

Unfortunately, only a third of their costs are covered by NHS funding, meaning they rely heavily on the fundraising efforts of their team and local community.
