We at St Mark’s Church is fundraising in aid the Creation Concern Project in Inda. This project helps farmers in the Garo Hills of Northeastern India farm sustainability :

1. Agricultural training courses are run by local churchs assisted by experts in their field.

2. Training in the issues of climate change, the importance of caring for creation, protecting the local habitate and making environmentally sustainable choices are also among the courses.

This helps farmer out of precarious practices like local deforestation, landslides and working in the coal mining industry which is a contributor of global climate change.
