Thea, Miles, Francesca and Alessandro, Grace, Leo, Rafferty and Jude (with the help of their Mums!) are organising a Cake Sale to raise funds for Children on the Edge.

On Thursday 25th October after school they will be selling homemade (and probably some shop bought) cakes outside Thea & Miles' house after school so that they can help other children around the world to access education in a safe space, like they can.

WHY CHILDREN ON THE EDGE?

Children on the Edge is an international child rights organisation based in Chichester that supports local communities to provide education and safety for some of the world’s most marginalised children, living in refugee camps, warzones and slums.

For over 30 years they have worked alongside local partners to design award-winning programmes in some of the toughest situations, enabling thousands of children to safely live, play, learn and grow.

Just £8 can help provide education in a safe space for a child for a year, so your donations have an enormous impact. For every £1 donated to Children on the Edge, 89p goes directly to their programmes. The rest covers fundraising and overhead costs.
