Story
Ten years ago John Plant and I, accompanied by my trusty Airedale Matty, set off on the Wales Coast Path. We completed 750 miles in 44 days and you all helped us to raise over £10500 for Teenage Cancer Trust. Since then we have covered many more miles for this wonderful charity and this year we are celebrating our achievements by walking the Macmillan Way West. The walk starts in Castle Cary and crosses the Blackdown HIlls, the Mendips, Quantocks and Exmoor to finish in Barnstaple. It is 102 miles - so a mere stroll for us - and it will take us 1 week. We should be so grateful if you would dig deep once more and help us to raise as much as possible to help young people suffering all forms of cancer to be treated in the Teenage Cancer Trust units as young people first and cancer patients second. They will receive the best specialist oncological care and their families and friends will have the support and encouragement they need. Thank you for your much appreciate continued support.
