Story

My beautiful wife Joanne was diagnosed with bowel cancer in March 2023. Sadly, just four months later, Joanne lost her brave battle and passed away peacefully, at home on 30th July 2023.

Her passing impacted on everyone she knew, especially our two young sons Teddy & Lennon.

Joanne was the most amazing mother, a wonderful wife and genuinely cared for everyone. She touched the hearts of all whom met her. She will be forever missed by her loving family and friends.

I'll be raising money to support Bowel Research UK in the hope that money raised will help save the lives of others in the future. I'll be taking on various challenges:

2024 London Marathon - DONE (My sister, Kirsty Mortimer ran with me)

RideLondon 100 mile cycle - 26th May 2024

The Big Half - 1st Sept 2024

Ultra Challenge TBC - Sept 2024

2025 London Marathon ????

Every step, every mile is for her.
