We're getting our Lycra on for a big old bike ride to Belgium - covering almost 300 miles in three days.

Not just for the Tripel beers and waffles.

We're hoping to raise awareness and much needed funds for a charity doing essential work in Steve's home town of Northampton.

It's called the Hope Centre and it provides a range of services to support those facing hardship, hunger and homelessness. They are seeing greater than ever demand as the cost of living crisis continues and like many small charities they face a tougher than ever funding environment.

We're extremely grateful for any contributions.
