I have multiple sclerosis and I have attended the MS Therapy Centre since 2011. The Centre helps me with my independence and day to day living… Not to mention the amazing social benefits that it provides.

It is a great Centre to be involved in and we rely SOLELY on charity donations from individuals or companies.

The Centre has been open for 40 years and members attend with various medical conditions, not just MS. The Centre provides oxygen therapy, holistic care, physiotherapy, counselling and a friendly tea spot.

This challenge is for me to achieve a total distance of 40 km, by either walking on the Litegait machine, the invictus trainer or the bike within 40 days.

For those that know me, they will know how much of a challenge that this will be for me.
