I am taking part in a weekend of ice hockey.....yes, i haven't stepped on the ice for over 35 years and yes, I am might be slightly heavier than when I did so, but fear not, I am happy to make a complete idiot of myself to raise money for a great charity

Sight Life are a local charity to me (they were previously known as National Institute for the Blind) and having been in contact with one of their directors I was very impressed on how they really try and help people who have been affected in anyway with their sight. They also get involved with local businesses to help with staff who may suffer with the same issues.

Great charity!
