In loving memory of Steve Rowe for St Francis Hospice

Paula Brooks and Neil Rowe is raising money for Saint Francis Hospice
In memory of Steve (Stephen) Rowe
Saint Francis Hospice is a leading provider of palliative care for people living in Havering, Brentwood, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham. We care for people from 18 years of age, of any race or religion, who have a life limiting illness due to cancer, heart disease, motor neurone disease or respiratory disease and we provide physical, spiritual and emotional care and support to patients and their families.

Story

After the very sad passing of Stephen (Steve) Rowe, Husband, Father, Grandad, Brother and friend to many, we are asking for donations to support St Francis Hospice instead of having flowers at the funeral. Steve battled cancer for just over 2 years. His strength and resilience shone through with his determination to keep fighting right to the very end.

Steve was an amazing person who was loved by everyone he met. He is irreplaceable and we know he would want to help others, like he always did when he was alive! Steve was a warm, generous, caring and freindly person, always so kind and understanding to others.

Just over 2 years ago Steve's wife, Angela, sadly passed away. However, they will now both be reunited. Angela was supported by St Francis Hospice, and we know that Steve would like any donations to support the worthwhile charity at St Francis Hospice.

The charity, St Francis Hospice, is a provision that is close to the hearts of Paula and Neil, Steve and Angela's children. Indeed, St Francis Hospice provided amazing care for Angela and Steve and their family. One part of the hospice's work is through the hospice at home team. Whilst Steve was not able to return home they provided significant support for Angela and the family and this meant so much to the family.
