Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving

My grandson Isaac was born with advanced kidney disease. When he was 5 days old, he was transfered to Great Ormond Street Hospital. For two and a half weeks they treated him and pulled him back from the brink. Eventually he had one kidney removed He has been treated there every 8 weeks or so from then till now, four years in all. Other than monitoring his diet and fortnightly injections, he is doing well at the minute.

GOSH is such a brilliant place to have when your child needs world leading treatment, they support you so well, even having a messaging system for instant, live advice. Parent rooms nearby, a play team, they even bring therapy dogs in.

That's why I am cycling 60 miles from London around Essex and back. To give back for the care and treatment they give to Isaac and his mum and Dad.

Any amount would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

Steve
