I lost one of the best mates anyone could have a couple of years ago, funny, smart, a true gentleman. But no matter how much you think they are ‘fine’, you don’t really know what’s going on in their mind sometimes and they may just need that bit of help behind closed doors. MANUP? Are a charity set up so men can talk to men and it’s a charity my mates family feel strongly about and would like to help raise even more awareness on the effects of mental health.

I will be riding from my home in Caterham, Surrey to Lands End, Cornwall, a distance of about 350 miles over 5 days. It may not sound a lot to some but it’s a start for me with the intention to do more in years to come.
