Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and I would be so humbled if you could take the time to donate as every penny will make a massive difference. And please don’t forget to click ‘Gift Aid.’

If you could also share a link to my page on social media, I would really appreciate it.

Having someone close to you diagnosed with breast cancer is hard. When that person is your wife, it’s even harder. All the plans that you had seem to go on hold in the blink of an eye and you re-prioritise life. My wife, Wendy fought her breast cancer head on. She said “it was the hand she was dealt and she had to get through it.”

Now that Wendy’s been given the all clear I want to say a massive Thank You to The Primrose Foundation, Plymouth for all the support they gave. And what better way than to bike, cross trainer, row, run, ski erg and step my way through 24 hours of nonstop cardio workouts at my local gym. I’ve done 8, hours, then 12 hours and will be completing 18 hours in training before the full 24 hours starting on Thursday 14 March 2024 at 1700.
