*** 100 miles was not enough... going again for 150 miles on 25/8/23 ***

I’m raising money for Barnardo’s who do a great job with supporting children and young people that haven’t had the best start to life. Often these children are neglected or exploited and deserve so much more out of their young life. Surely we owe it to the them to ensure they have the best start possible so they can grow into healthy and well balanced adults that can fulfil their potential and contribute so much to society and future generations.

I will be completing a 100 mile challenge today by swimming, rowing, cycling , running, walking and probably crawling (!) toward my target.
