The HIV Fund at i Care supports the work of the HIV Champions and peer mentors at Kent Community Health Foundation Trust.

This year I will be undertaking 5 events for my 50th between May and September, please help me to continue to support the work of the trust in supporting those in Kent and Medway living with HIV.
