Story
I was fortunate enough to get into this year’s London marathon via the ballot, which, believe it or not if you’re into running it’s a golden ticket. This will be my 3rd attempt at this iconic road race spanning 15 years (2009 >> 4 Hrs 29 Mins & 2021 >> 4 Hrs), I’m viewing it as a personal trilogy! CALM is a charity that resonates highly with family and close friends so if you can make a donation it will be much appreciated.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
