I'm donating my birthday to support vital UN Women programs in 100 countries worldwide. UN Women is working towards a future where every woman and girl - everywhere - has equal opportunities to lead, learn, earn a decent living and live a life free from violence and discrimination.

UN Women help women progress in leadership and help them feel empowered to transform their futures through programs such as offering new equipment for women to make an income in a male-dominated fishing industry or teaching women to maintain and cultivate advanced irrigation systems for more skills and options. On my birthday, I want to aid more women with the chance to alter their lives and all the people they will support on their journey through everyone's support. With everyone's help, we will all play a role in aiding UN Women to use their knowledge and skills to raise awareness and accelerate gender equality and women's empowerment.

By giving $10, a woman farmer can grow more resilient crops to support her family. Even $30 can provide 12 girls with the opportunity to combat illiteracy. By raising $1500, we can all assist even more women with the chance to transform more than just their own life.
