I can't quite believe that this coming May I will have hit my 1st year in sobriety.

It has been a roller coaster journey to say the least, I have faced a fair few challenges but it has hands down been the best year of my life

The past nine months have shown & taught me so many more things than the past ten years of my life have, & I have been fully present for every single one of these moments. Not drunk or hungover or anxiety riddled......and you know what I want to share with everyone what this 'magical feeling is like!! 🌟

I really want to celebrate what being alcohol free has meant to me.....and hopefully give others a little insight into it too!

With that being said I have decided to host an alcohol free party/charity event on Saturday 13th May, at Sherefe Restaurant Glossop!

There will be live music, raffle, mocktails & AF beers, food, stalls, motivational talks & much more

Any monies raised will be donated directly to Alcohol Change UK, a charity which is very close to my heart
