Story

My knee is back up and running after a dislocation and I'm putting it up to the test for mental health! RBMind are a fantastic lot who has helped me personally in the past and many friends, family and pals through both chronic depression/anxiety or bad points in their mental health. They are a hardworking, lovely bunch who work tirelessly to be the stabilisers that keep those suffering with bad mental health afloat 🏊‍♂️

For this fundraiser, I understand that the cost of living crisis has hit everyone hard, but even £1 or a fiver can help Mind keep helping everyone who really need it in the darkest of times.

And if you'd like to support with other than cash, you can come yell at me staggering around Marble Hill between 11.30am and 1pm on Sunday 1st December with bells/elves/reindeer on. Thank you, all and take care of yourself xx🥰

Richmond Borough Mind provides essential mental health services to those who need support in the local community. Every pound raised helps Richmond Borough Mind reach more people and ensures no one faces mental health challenges alone,

Please donate whatever you can afford and don't forget to add Gift Aid if you are eligible (so that Richmond Borough Mind receives an extra 25p for every pound donated at no extra cost to you).

Thank you
