Thank you for helping us raise £2,000 for our choir tour to Berlin in 2025!

Steel City Choristers provides amazing musical opportunities to 30 young people age 6-18, training them to sing to cathedral standards for wide range of churches and other communities in and around Sheffield. Singing in Berlin Cathedral as part of a week long tour of the city will be an experience they will never forget.

Inspired by delivering our 100th performance as a choir at the Crucible Theatre this June, we are undertaking our sponsored '100 Days of Music Making' challenge. All funds raised will go directly to our tour fund and help make sure that none of our choristers are prevented from coming to Berlin because of financial constraints.

Children and adults across the choir community are challenging themselves to make music on 100 days between now and Christmas Day 2024. We will be making music by practising, rehearsing, or performing either as a singer or an instrumentalist. With less than two-hundred days available, we will need to make music in some form on at least every other day.
