On December 6th, a group of 50 amateur-to-professional runners will be donning our most fabulous festive finery - think Santa Suits, Elf Ears & Jazzy Jumpers - as we merrily embark on a Half Marathon / 10k run through the centre of London.

Why, you may ask?

First of all - it's fun!

But, more importantly, we are raising money for Start Young UK, a dynamic charity dedicated to empowering young people from underprivileged backgrounds to build successful futures.

At Start Young UK, we believe that every child should experience the joy and magic of Christmas, no matter their circumstances. Sadly, many families face significant financial challenges during this time of year, making it difficult to provide even the basics, let alone gifts and festive treats.

That is why the proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards our Christmas Gifting Initiative, aimed at easing the burden on families in need of support. With your help, we will provide essential winter items, food hampers, and toiletries to ensure that children and their families can enjoy a warm, inclusive, and joyful Christmas. Every penny you donate goes directly towards purchasing these vital supplies, bringing relief and happiness to those who need it most.
