Soul Coffee and Cafe Fortune are joining together to raise funds for Claire House Childrens Hospice.

Claire House Childrens Hospice helps seriously & terminally ill children live life to the full, creating wonderful memories & bringing back a sense of normality to family life. Through specialist nursing & emotional support Claire House helps families smile when life couldn't get any tougher.
