Stacey's fundraiser for Alzheimer's Society

National Three Peak Challenge · 8 June 2024
On June 8th, I'm taking on a huge challenge for a great cause. I will climb three big mountains - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon - all in 24 hours. This is called the Three Peaks Challenge. It's going to be tough, but I'm doing it to help people with Alzheimer's and dementia.
I work to help older people, especially those who find it hard to remember things because of dementia. It's really important to me because I see how hard it is for them and their loved ones.
The money I raise is for the Alzheimer's Society. They do lots of good things like helping people with Alzheimer's, researching the disease, and finding better ways to take care of people. This year, our group, Sanctuary, chose them as our charity because we all want to help make a difference for people with dementia.
Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in one day is my way of supporting them. With every step, I'll think about those affected by Alzheimer's, their families, and the hope that we can make things better.
Your support will help the Alzheimer's Society do even more good work. Together, we can make a big difference for people with dementia.
Thank you so much for any help you can give. It means the world to me and to all of us at Sanctuary. Let's make this challenge a success for a great cause!
