Help me support Kidney Care UK

I’m aiming to walk 35 miles in October for the 3.5 million people living with kidney disease in the UK.

For those of you who know me will know exactly why I’m doing this, but for those who don’t… 
Hi 👋 I’m Stacey and I have Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease, function currently at 23%! Yes, I’m taking part in this challenge in support of those fighting kidney disease, but I’m mostly doing this for my Dad who is the definition of a true kidney warrior on his way to a third transplant!

Organisations like Kidney Care UK are so important for those affected by Kidney Disease, giving the much needed support and advice to patients and loved ones fighting the disease. I would be so grateful for any donations to this amazing charity.
