On 28 April we will be celebrating our 11th annual awareness day, Undiagnosed Children's Day - raising awareness of undiagnosed genetic conditions and funds to support children and their families affected by them.

Story

Hiya you lush lot - I’m doing 600,000 steps in April with a little help from my hubby & sister by my side for a brilliant Charity called SWAN.

6,000 children are born in the UK each year with a Syndrome Without A Name – a genetic condition so rare it is unlikely to be diagnosed.

My nephew Jimmy is one of those beautiful bairns, so this challenge is for him; in the month where we celebrate his 3rd Birthday and Undiagnosed Children’s Day!

I would love it if you had a spare quid to donate. This will go to families to get the support they need.

Proof will be on my insta story weekly!
