Hello, it's us 3 again!

This year we will be taking on 2 events, the BigHeat Marathon (26.2 miles - 21st July) and then the Rat Race Sea to Sumit in Wales (33 miles - 12th October).

When it comes to events we are now at a stage where we are doing these for 'fun' and pushing our bodies to the limits, but along the way we want to encourage people to maybe a give a little to great causes such as My Shining Star.

We have not set a target for the fundraising as we aren't looking to make people feel forced, but firmly believe that everyone can give a little and if it takes us suffering to facilitate that then it's something we are more than happy to do.
