Story

On the 5th of September 2024 whilst on his way to work, at the age of 31, Max suffered a fatal cardiac arrest and medical staff were unable to resuscitate him both on the scene and at the hospital.

Max was a dedicated Son, Fiancé, Chindit, colleague and friend to everyone and anyone that he graced with his presence. He was simply one of the best there was. We can not even all start to process what has happened and we are all in shock at someone we all loved has been taken far too soon from us.

Our thoughts are with his family and with Molly and Gigi forever.

Perry has asked me to set this page up to attempt to bring a ray of positive light this situation. So i would ask you to share this as far and wide as you can in the hope that we can support the charity to help other families in the future to avoid the pain that everyone is currently feeling.

Thank you in advance for reaching as deep as you can into your pockets as you can.

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.

With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.

By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions.
