This year marks our 30th anniversary at Sowerbys, and to celebrate, we’re giving back to the community we love.

For every home sold in 2024, we’ll be making a donation to a Norfolk-based charity.

The charity supports the people of Norfolk and Waveney with their mental health and wellbeing through our network of wellbeing centres, talking therapies, residential programmes, social groups, specialist programmes and mental health training.

From prevention support to crisis support, wherever you are on your mental health journey.

The charity ambition is to ensure that no one has to face poor mental health alone and with the right support and resources anybody can create a life that feels meaningful to them.
