We are fundraising to support Southlake's Digital Health initiatives, starting off with the Computerized Provider Order Management (CPOM) project, to support the first steps in achieving a fully electronic medical record (EMR) for our patients.

By enhancing the integration of innovative technologies like electronic medical records, and artificial intelligence, we can improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and ensure timely, accurate care.

Digital health empowers clinical teams with tools to make informed decisions and helps patients actively participate in their healthcare journey.

With the funds raised, we aim to implement and expand these technologies, bridging gaps in care, reducing inefficiencies, and creating a more accessible, patient-centered healthcare system for our community.
