I'm supporting Elizabeth's Smile because I believe passionately all grieving children deserve support.

Unaddressed grief leads to a lifetime of complications. It doesn’t have to be this way. Elizabeth's Smile is a charity empowering people to address grief and build resilience, so that it can be managed constructively at different ages and stages of a child’s grief journey.

Join me as I embark on a 3-day, 340 km ride from Brussels to Amsterdam, raising funds to support grieving children, in memory of Nick Hungerford, founder of Nutmeg and Elizabeth's Smile.

In addition to this, just two weeks later I'll be racing up my running shoes and taking on my first trail race since before the pandemic. A 25km race up (and back down) Snowdon!
