As many of you already know my beautiful Sister Chloe devastatingly passed on the 25th June. She passed peacefully surrounded by love and care at The Pilgrims Hospice Ashford. The Hospice staff and facilities were absolutely amazing and made an extremely difficult time just a little easier for us all. They treated Chloe with the utmost respect and were able to keep her comfortable during her last days. We will be forever grateful for everything that they did for Chloe and our family at the most difficult time in our lives. The Hospice relies solely on donations and without the help of the public would be unable to offer these vital services. We are asking for donations to the Hospice in Clo’s memory to help other families to be able to access these services ♥️
