Story
I’ve been lucky enough to work for Missing People for nearly 8 years. The charity does incredible work, supporting missing people and their families. This year we are marking the 30th anniversary of the charity being created, and sadly we are needed more than ever.
I’m going to be walking in solidarity with the families whose loved ones are missing, many of whom are still waiting for news after years, even decades. An ongoing trauma that is hard for most of us to imagine. Missing People has been walking alongside families for 30 years.
Friends have pointed out to me that a 10 km walk shouldn't be a challenge for me, so I'm hoping they are right ;) It would mean a lot to have your support, though, so, if you can spare a couple of quid, I would really appreciate your donation. Times are extra tough for charities at the moment - funding is harder than ever to come by, the need for our work is increasing and so are our costs. Missing People relies on donations to keep going.
