Story
On 3 September about 40 people are coming together to do a 26km charity walk in honour of Juliet Muir (Oury), my amazing Auntie who we recently lost after a tough battle with cancer. The 40 walkers aged from 6 to 81 include family, colleagues, friends from school, university and elsewhere as well as those she has simply touched or helped during her all too short life.
Throughout her fight against cancer Juliet never failed to make us laugh and was known at the Hospice as an unusual patient with her admirable mindset and positive outlook. She was always wanting to make friends during her treatment whether it was the bin man or the other patients. She was an amazing mum, sister, daughter and friend to many, never failing to light up any room with her amazing admirable positivity and humour. One of the biggest messages I will forever hold from my auntie and a message I will continue to share, is to always live your life to the absolute fullest. The support Juliet and the family received from the Royal Trinity Hospice, was indescribably remarkable. From fulfilling any wish of my Auntie, often a constant flow of juice, or reassuring and communicating with my granny and mum. They were there for us through the hard times.
Help us helping others by raising and amazing sum of money for The Royal Trinity Hospice London whose services are needed by so many.
