James and I are going to be running 10K on March 10th 2024 in aid of Wales Air Ambulance and after all the chocolate consumed over Christmas we will need all the help we can get!

The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep our helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road.

We all hope we never need a Air Ambulance but working offshore, living in rural Wales and having hobbies that include horse riding and mountain biking James and I know should the worse happen, we are lucky to have a air ambulance locally in Caernarfon.

We would be grateful for any donations, no matter how small as your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales.
