On the 17th of Aug this year I am participating in the 2024 Super Hero Tri. It has taken me a long time and effort to prepare for this event, but I am finally ready to tackle all three elements of this race and prove to myself that I can achieve this formidable challenge. Unlike previous years, where I was part of a team, this time I am competing solo, driven by the goal of raising funds for Claire House Hospice.

Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life, they help parents create wonderful experiences for their children and bring back a sense of normality to family life. By providing specialist nursing care and emotional support, Claire House helps families smile again when life couldn’t get any tougher.
