I'm travelling out to Lebanon this Ramadan to hand-deliver life-saving food parcels to Syrian refugees, ensuring they have enough food for their fasts during the holy month.

Each food parcel costs just £100 & feeds a family of 7 for 30 days, providing 420 essential meals. These are families who have fled violence in Syria & are living in makeshift tents in crowded camps, with little or nothing to their name.

Without your support, they will spend another month hungry, with nothing to break their fasts when the sun sets. I'll be sharing my journey across social media to show you exactly where your donations are going & how they are making a difference.
