Hi all! I will be taking part in the Dorney Lake Triathlon this year for the charity, Younger People with Dementia CIO, and would be extremely grateful for any donations you can spare. The triathlon consists of a 750m swim, 19.5km bike and a 5km run and this is the first adult triathlon I’ll be doing. I shall keep updates on here about training as much as I can.
