Story
I’m taking on the challenge of ‘Everesting’ Yr Wyddfa aka Snowdon on 8th July to raise money and awareness of a charity VERY CLOSE to my heart and HEAD... and I'd love you to come and join me between 10am 8th July and 9th July to 'do a rep' of Snowdon with me (I've got 9 to do! Come and do just one!!!).
@headforchange is a brain injury charity support ex rugby and football players and their family who’s lives have been affect by brain injuries and concussions. As an ex rugby player the money donated for this specific event will go towards education in rugby.
My rugby career ended 10 years ago due to a seizure and bleed on the brain on the training field after a series of concussions through my rugby career which accumulated with a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury).
I need your support for this one and so does the charity.
My PERSONAL invitation to YOU is to come and join for as little as you can on 8th July. I’ll be running / walking UP and DOWN the mountain for at least 24hrs and I’d love you to come and do a tiny part or as much as you want!
8th July - Snowdon24 challenge starts 10am, come and support me & @headforchange as much as you want. if you are going to come and 'do a rep' of snowdon with me please email davidjacksonfitness@gmail.com so I know when to expect to see you!!!
