Story
Cherry was signed over to Skegness Cats Protection volunteers after being taken to the vets with an injury that her owners could not afford to have repaired.
Poor Cherry had a break in her leg and it was so serious that the only option for her, was to have it amputated.
Not only has Cherry been through a major surgery, she also has 3 young kittens that she was still trying her hardest to look after even though she was in a huge amount of pain.
Cherry and her kittens are all now in the care of Skegness volunteers who will look after them until they are well enough to go to their own homes.
As part of Cats protection, Skegness branch has to raise its own funds to pay for treatments like Cherry’s and to care for her young kittens, but we continue to do our best. Any donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference to the branch and to Cherry and her Kittens.
The treatment and operation has cost £1500 so we are asking for your support today to help with the cost of this.
Any funds raised over our £1500 target will go towards supporting the other cats and kittens in our care.
